The Board of Powersim Software consists of the CEO; Tone Haveland, as Chairman of the board and board members representing the employees, Hilde Martinussen, and Steinar Moen as deputy member. Hilde Martinussen and Steinar Moen have been members of the board for the last two years and are newly re-elected for another two years.
“As the company’s CEO, I seek new board members to enhance our composition. Given our strategic focus on our flagship product, pForecast — a production prognosis software designed for the Oil & Gas industry — my primary objective is to bring individuals on board with expertise in finance, Oil & Gas, and Technology to enrich our board”, says Tone Haveland.

Randi Larsen
She is currently working as the CFO at Kode art museum in Bergen. From 2007 to 2019 she worked as a Finance Manager at the technology and software company Knowit Reaktor AS. Knowit is a Nordic powerhouse for the digital solutions of the future.
